Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog for Para Platform in alignment with business strategy and customer needs, ensuring a perfect blend of innovation and results-driven execution.
  • Translate high-level vision into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement throughout the development process.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements, building strong relationships and trust across the organization.
  • Champion customer experience and usability, making informed product decisions guided by data and feedback.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies in smart buildings and IoT, staying ahead of the curve and driving strategic growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in SaaS, IoT, PropTech, or smart building domains, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive business success.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience with IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), or energy management solutions, with a focus on integrating technology and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive results-oriented outcomes.
