Senior Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing moderate to complex tax returns prepared by associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Review and Enhancement: Review and enhance moderate to complex tax returns prepared by associates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative relationship with associates, managers, and teams in India and the US to achieve common goals.
  • Training and Development: Train and assist associates with their questions on day-to-day basis and provide guidance on tax concepts and principles.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Enhance teamwork and have the ability to communicate effectively with teams in India and the US.
  • Project Support: Provide assistance to managers on projects, as requested.
Requirements:
  • Strong Tax Knowledge: Good knowledge of moderate and complex tax concepts, including forms like 8621, 5471, 1116, 2555, 6252, and Passthrough reporting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in tax returns.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and coaching abilities.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in US Individual taxation (1040).
