Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Team Lead at Tekpillar, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of agents to achieve their targets. The role involves recruiting, screening, and training new agents, as well as managing sales relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed renewal targets
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
- Manage a team of sales agents to ensure they meet their targets and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
