Lead AI/ML Developer - Visionary Innovator

We are seeking an exceptional Lead AI/ML Developer - Visionary Innovator to spearhead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop transformative AI/ML strategies to address complex business challenges and opportunities.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects involving data preprocessing, model training and evaluation, parameter tuning, and project documentation.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by providing expert advice and guidance on AI/ML technology.
  • Conceptualize, design, build, and develop solution algorithms demonstrating minimum required functionality within tight timelines.
  • Interact with clients to collect, synthesize, and propose requirements and create effective analytics/text mining roadmaps.
  • Work with digital development teams to integrate and transform algorithms into production-quality applications.
  • Conduct applied research on text analytics and machine learning projects, file patents, and publish papers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Expert-level understanding of NLP, NLU, and Machine Learning/Deep Learning methods is essential. Additionally, proficiency in the following technologies is required:

  • OpenNLP, OpenCalais, StanfordNLP, GATE, UIMA, Lucene, NoSQL.
  • UI development paradigms enabling Text Mining Insights Visualization (e.g., Adobe Flex Builder, HTML5, CSS3).
  • Linux, Windows, GPU Experience.
  • Spark, Scala for distributed computing.
  • Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, Torch, Theano.
