Assistant Treasury Manager

Our organization seeks a skilled Assistant Treasury Manager to play a vital role in managing and optimizing our short-term liquidity.

This critical position ensures accurate and timely cash management, supporting our global financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform daily cash management tasks, monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and manage our organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity.
  • Oversee and manage our debt schedule, ensuring all obligations are met on time.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting and facilitate banking transactions and approvals.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function.
  • Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining SOX and audit trails.
  • Interest in process improvement, defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and increasing process efficiencies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • A team player who can effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple departments.
