We are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our high voltage products.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will:
- Harmonize SAP catalogues for all high voltage products to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze data, respond to queries, and create response reports on regular basis (yearly, once in six months) for major product line of HV.
- Support local units as first point of contact for any QN deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement legacy failure database and analyze data.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the BU requirements in line with SAP Database & Legacy failure Database, analyzing data, responding to queries, and creating reports on periodic basis. Additionally, you will support the creation of BU Guidelines and train global/local units on demand.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) and 5+ years of experience in Quality roles and/or Operations and/or Project Management. Proficient in understanding Quality processes and concepts, as well as self-motivated with a willingness to take up and lead new challenges.
Prior relevant Industry experience, knowledge of Quality Management, reliability methodologies, and concepts are a plus. Proficient in MS-Office & SAP preferably in Quality Module, excellent English verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving techniques, and ability to work out of offshore/remote locations are essential. Estimated salary range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on location.
