Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team. As a Web Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites on multiple platforms.

  • You will collaborate with clients to understand website design, functionality, and technical specifications.
  • You will develop and maintain websites across WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, WooCommerce, and other platforms.
  • You will customize and build front-end and back-end solutions including themes, plugins, and server integrations.

You will conduct performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal website functionality. Additionally, you will manage website hosting, DNS, databases, and perform timely security updates.

You will work closely with the project team to ensure smooth project delivery from wireframe to final deployment (go-live). You will also provide post-launch training and support to clients as required.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in web development.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN) and debugging tools (Chrome Inspector, Firebug).
  • Hands-on experience with website architecture, e-commerce platforms, and UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of DNS, hosting, databases, and backup management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused and problem-solving mindset.
