Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems is crucial for success in this role. You will drive innovation by proposing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.

Developing and enforcing quality standards for embedded system development is essential. You will conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure reliability and performance.

Mentoring junior engineers and providing training sessions to enhance team capabilities is also an important aspect of this role. Sharing knowledge through workshops and seminars will help reinforce best practices.

Qualifications We Seek In You
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in embedded system development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience in embedded systems development with good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
  • Knowledge of FPGA, system design, verification and validation, and test automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies with proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
