Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of sales interactions, conducting audits, and providing feedback to advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits on inbound and outbound sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to advisors for continuous improvement.
  • Document call assessments, identify trends, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop coaching programs based on audit findings.
  • Assist in creating and updating quality guidelines and performance criteria.
  • Evaluate company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Work with management to identify areas for process optimization and improved customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business administration or communications.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years as a Quality Assurance professional or in a similar role within a sales-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and reporting tools.
