Observability Leader Wanted: We're seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our observability efforts, leveraging expertise in AWS, Synthetic Monitoring, and Dynatrace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure, resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

  • Develop onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources, focusing on synthetic monitoring.
  • Incorporate observability tooling (Catchpoint, Dynatrace) to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and create custom synthetic monitoring solutions as needed.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to enhance monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.
  • Partner with security teams on compliance, threat detection, and governance related to monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Catchpoint, Prometheus, Grafana) is beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
