Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Advanced Software Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our QA efforts. As an experienced professional, you will oversee all testing activities and develop effective strategies to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and lead cross-functional teams in executing thorough tests to guarantee complete coverage.
  • Manage multiple types of testing (functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc.) and facilitate regular team meetings or triage calls.
  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups in Agile environments, collaborating with project managers and development teams to identify and address potential issues.
  • Manage risks and deliverables to maintain agreed-upon scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to report and escalate critical testing challenges that may impact project timelines.
  • Provide accurate estimates for testing activities required for projects or deliverables when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Software QA with expertise in manual testing, test planning, and bug tracking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like JIRA/AzureDevops and Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Prior experience with root cause analysis and mentorship is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
