Leadership Role: Drive Business Growth and Client Delivery

We seek a seasoned leader to head our consulting and operations functions. This key role will oversee teams, provide expert advisory services to clients, and ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess industry experience (exports, GST, MCA, subsidy consulting, or CA firm background) and drive both client delivery and business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead consulting efforts across service lines: GST, IGST, exports, subsidy management, MCA compliance, and corporate consulting.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding interns and executives to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, chartered accountant office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven Track Record: Consulting delivery and client management.
  • Skills: Strategic planning, operations, leadership, excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or international business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic leader, detail-oriented, passionate about building consulting excellence.
