Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor portfolio performance and provide timely reports to the investment committee.
  • Track project performance against underwriting assumptions and update financial models accordingly.
  • Prepare approval papers for the Board of Directors, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, taking into account market trends and potential risks.
  • Support the raising of new private funds by developing comprehensive financial models and presentations.
  • Draft investment committee papers to present investment opportunities to the Board and investment committee, highlighting key benefits and potential returns.
  • Prepare management reports and board materials for presentation to the Board and investment committee, focusing on key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Finance (CA/ CFA / MBA).
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
