Key Responsibilities:- Develop and establish scalable and robust processes for monoclonal antibody manufacturing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process development and technology transfer
- Assess risk and implement risk mitigation strategies during process development and scale-up
- PhD in Life Sciences or related field
- Experience in bioprocess development and upstream processing
- Knowledge of statistical tools and techniques for data analysis
- Technical expertise in one of the following areas: Omics technologies, Bioprocess modeling, Computational Fluid Dynamics
