Job Title: Copywriter

We are seeking a talented Copywriter to join our team and contribute to global campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative content for various brands, ensuring that all produced content meets the agency's and client's standards.

The Copywriter will work closely with our Creative Supervisor, who is also hands-on and contributes significantly to writing projects. To excel in this role, you must have excellent presentation skills, a proven track record of creative ability and judgment, and experience working collaboratively with account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fellow writers to create standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
  • Take ownership of writing projects, from start to finish
  • Harness in-depth understanding of product data, claims, and competitor information
  • Work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
  • Estimate creative hours
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Attend market research sessions as needed
  • Contribute to strategic branding efforts with our planning team
  • Maximize productivity within the team by ensuring everyone is busy and billable
  • Provide written feedback for performance reviews and ongoing feedback on team performance
  • Lead the team in concept development and project execution
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' products and marketing challenges, and be responsive to their needs
  • Represent the company at client meetings and social events as required

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of agency experience
  • A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, the ability to work collaboratively with account management, excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing creative writers, availability to travel, and a commitment to delivering exceptional work
