About the Role

As a Maintenance Operations Specialist with DCS Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all relevant equipment, as well as responding to reactive maintenance requests within specified service level agreements.

You will have expertise in carrying out civil, electrical, mechanical, airconditioning and refrigeration maintenance, repairs and installation, and will display a sound knowledge of MEP and civil related works. Additionally, you will assess required resources for maintenance, repair or installation works and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.

We are seeking an individual who is flexible and able to work a variety of shift patterns as required. You will also be expected to report to your manager on job progress and issues on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out PPM on all relevant equipment
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests
  • Carry out civil, electrical, mechanical, airconditioning and refrigeration maintenance, repairs and installation
  • Display a sound knowledge of MEP and civil related works
  • Assess required resources for maintenance, repair or installation works
  • Report to manager on job progress and issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a maintenance operations environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have good communication skills.

A salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum is being offered for this position, depending on experience.
