Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and representing the brand at every stage of client engagement.

  • Oversee day-to-day activities, handling client complaints and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Prepare regular MIS reports and maintain financial records for the centre.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
Desirable Qualifications:
