Job Title: Network Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Expert to provide direct remote support for consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore. This role is critical to the pilot deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative, with future rollout planned across multiple countries.

  • Support consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Perform end-to-end router configuration from unboxing to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure routers and perform end-to-end deployments.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting processes.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Network Support or IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven track record of configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.

  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
