Advanced Data Analyst

Combining technical expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical data space, this role is a critical component of our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing data aggregation projects from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Developing and implementing data management and reporting systems that meet business needs.
  • Collaborating with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data vendors to drive business outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management.
  • Leading and mentoring teams to drive growth and excellence.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in data analysis and management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex data projects and delivering results.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word) for effective communication.
  • Experience with HIPAA-compliant data management practices.
  • Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets and data management solutions.
