Business IT Support and Operations Role

This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with business acumen in an exciting hybrid role.

  • Technical Responsibilities: Spend 20-25% of your time providing high-quality IT support, including troubleshooting computer, email, software, and network issues.
  • Data and Operations Focus: Dedicate the remaining 75-80% of your time to data-driven projects such as:
    • Developing and maintaining financial reports.
    • Cleaning and updating customer relationship management (CRM) data.
    • Coordinating company-wide updates, including uploading public holidays into global calendars.
    • Supporting ongoing IT and operations initiatives, focusing on automation, reporting, and data accuracy.
  • Key Skills: Excel proficiency (pivots, formulas, macros), SQL or light scripting, and familiarity with CRM systems and data cleaning.

Excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or business analyst positions, along with a solid educational background in IT or Computer Science.
