AI Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and deploy artificial intelligence-powered solutions using Python and machine learning/deep learning libraries.
- This role requires expertise in programming languages such as Python, as well as a deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles.
The ideal candidate will have experience with generative AI solution development, including large language model training/fine-tuning techniques, prompt engineering, and model output evaluation.
- Additionally, proficiency in vector databases and indexing pipelines for semantic search is necessary.
A strong understanding of containerization and deployment tools, as well as CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions and cloud-native deployment patterns, is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Python and ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Train and fine-tune large language models using techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and instruction tuning.
- Engineer prompts for model inputs and evaluate model outputs.
- Develop and maintain vector databases and indexing pipelines for semantic search.
- Containerize and deploy AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions and cloud-native deployment patterns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning/deep learning, with a minimum of 2 years in generative AI solution development.
