Job Title: Staff AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff AI Engineer to join our team. As a critical member of our engineering department, you will play a key role in designing and deploying innovative solutions that drive real-world impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. You should be proficient in building and maintaining APIs and microservices, as well as fine-tuning and adapting pre-trained models.

Additionally, you should have hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models, strong proficiency with SQL, familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines, exposure to MLOps tools, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and deploying scalable, high-performance backend applications
  • Building and maintaining APIs and microservices for real-time and batch inference of AI/ML models
  • Fine-tuning and adapting pre-trained models
  • Integrating external AI services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Contributing to MLOps workflows
Requirements:
