Job Description

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Manual Tester to join our QA team. In this position, you will design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software, platforms, and systems meet performance and reliability standards.

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Document and track software defects with clear reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and defect management tools.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, bug reports, and test documentation.
  • Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
  • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Info
  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably in telecom or enterprise applications.
  • Experience in telecom software or network management systems is a strong plus.
