Test Automation Engineer Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Test Automation Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Identity Governance and Administration platform.

About the Role:

As a Test Automation Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive test automation strategies while maintaining a rapid development pace.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs
  • Create and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
  • Build robust test automation for complex features and business workflows
  • Develop efficient test data preparation and management strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential issues
  • Conduct thorough integration and regression testing
  • Execute performance and load testing to ensure scalability
  • Validate data accuracy and integrity through database testing

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in software testing and test automation
  • Strong expertise in SQL and database testing for data validation
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools: Web Automation (Playwright), API Testing (REST Assured), Performance Testing (JMeter)
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Java, Python)
  • Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset
