Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled 3D Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in 3D software, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.

The role will involve supervising the creation of high-quality 3D models and visual effects for various projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, on time and within budget.

About the Role

The 3D Supervisor will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for the following:
  • Scheduling and managing the workflow of 3D artists and technicians.
  • Ensuring that all 3D models and visual effects meet the required standards of quality and consistency.
  • Maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • Excellent technical skills in 3D software, including 3Dmax, Vray, and Photoshop.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for 3D design.
