Software Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to design and implement scalable and secure data platforms.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software architecture, data engineering, and cloud computing. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on distributed systems and architecture
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS data products, multi-tenant systems, and real-time analytics
  • Financial systems experience: trading platforms and risk management infrastructure
  • Expertise in streaming architectures (Kafka, Flink, Pulsar)
  • Strong skills in Java/JVM optimization for ultra-low latency
  • Cloud-native data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP, serverless, containers)
  • Advanced data architecture: data lakes, OLAP, HTAP, and time-series models
  • Security and compliance architecture for financial services

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Direct experience with PAMM, MAMM, Copy Trading, and IB systems
  • Ultra-low latency (microseconds, FPGA, kernel bypass networking)
  • Financial compliance systems (MiFID II, EMIR)
  • Multi-asset (FX, derivatives, crypto) and real-time risk management systems
  • Blockchain/DeFi integration
