Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter. They will apply Clean Architecture and SOLID principles to ensure modular and testable code, and implement state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Cubit.

The role also requires hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning. Additionally, the candidate should have strong debugging and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter internals: widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, isolate model.
  • Hands-on experience with state management frameworks (Bloc / Cubit / Riverpod).
  • Solid understanding of repository pattern, dependency injection, and layered architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of two rounds:

Round 1: Technical Deep Dive

This round will last approximately 60–75 minutes and will cover the following topics:

  • Flutter, Dart, Clean Architecture, performance, and problem-solving.
  • A hands-on coding challenge focused on widget building and state management.
Round 2: System Design + Architecture

This round will last approximately 60 minutes and will cover the following topics:

  • Clean architecture, scalability, state management trade-offs, and testing strategy.
  • Evaluation of problem-solving, clarity, and engineering maturity.
