We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity solutions using SailPoint technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement provisioning, lifecycle automation, access certifications, and self-service capabilities using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
  • Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols.
  • Author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
  • Monitor and support SailPoint environments with incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development, integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes, regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.
