Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced clinical research nurse to join our team in managing clinical trials involving subject recruitment, data collection, and management. The successful candidate will work closely with the departments of gynaecology and dermatology to coordinate trial activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical trials across multiple sites, working closely with investigators, research coordinators, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers to promote trial awareness and participation.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse trial data, identify trends, and present findings to trial sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trial protocols, case report forms, and informed consent documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, with relevant experience in clinical research.
  2. Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines, ICH E6(R2), and regulatory requirements.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in electronic data capture systems, Microsoft Office, and statistical software packages.
