Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to lead a high-performing team in designing, building, and running SAP BTP applications and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite, with expertise in relevant programming languages and development tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the development team and manage delivery
  • Plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones
  • Build and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP
  • Design integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
