We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Spearmint Technologies. As a key member of our digital solutions platform, you will play a critical role in helping business owners streamline their online presence and stay competitive in today's fast-paced market.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing. You will be responsible for driving lead generation campaigns across various platforms, including PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, with a specific focus on IT-based businesses.

Your primary objective will be to strategize and optimize paid ad campaigns for maximum ROI. You will continuously monitor and refine your efforts based on performance data and key metrics.

In addition to campaign management, you will also be responsible for expanding and engaging our social media presence, targeting potential leads within the IT sector.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop SEO strategies that improve search rankings, boost traffic, and enhance online visibility for IT businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation campaigns across platforms like PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels, with a specific focus on IT-based businesses.
  • Strategically manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Expand and engage our social media presence, targeting potential leads within the IT sector.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search rankings, boost traffic, and enhance online visibility for IT businesses.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in lead generation, specifically within the IT industry.
  • Expertise in paid ad platforms such as PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong skills in SEO, SMM, and email marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience working in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to drive cohesive marketing strategies.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
