Design Engineering Manager Position

This is a key role that involves overseeing projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and managing project timelines effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to make informed decisions based on technical expertise.

About the Job:

  • You must also be proficient in design engineering principles and practices, as well as familiar with applicable international codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest design engineering techniques and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in design engineering software, and strong analytical skills.
