At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and organized Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is detail-oriented, and desires professional growth.
This is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional support to our customers while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide Customers Through Our Process: You will be the main contact for scheduling tests, sending out kits, and ensuring everything runs smoothly with our partners.
- Answer Customer Questions: You will handle inquiries for both our diagnostic tests and our supplements.
- Track Everything: You will maintain accurate records, track test progress, and ensure reports are delivered on time.
- Solve Problems: You will help customers with any issues they encounter, providing them with a positive experience.
- Report on Performance: You will assist us in monitoring our performance by tracking key metrics such as test turnaround times and customer query volumes.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- A passion for helping others and solving problems with a friendly attitude
- Excellent organizational skills, managing details and prioritizing tasks
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach, anticipating potential issues and resolving them efficiently
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Sheets/Excel for data management
