Repair Services Coordinator

This role involves assessing accident repairs and implementing them through the workshop floor team. It requires effective communication with customer service consultants to agree on time and cost estimates for each job received.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review accident repair requests from the workshop and assess their feasibility
  • Collaborate with customer service consultants to finalize repair estimates
  • Identify and procure spare parts not available in-house
  • Oversee and monitor the progress of accident repair and overhaul work by the workshop team
  • Maintain accurate records of accident repair processes according to established protocols
  • Support customers in navigating insurance requirements and documentation
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Significant technical expertise in automobile maintenance, preferably specializing in two-wheelers
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management, Technical Knowledge - Service, and Analytical Skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' work experience in a related field
