Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development of cutting-edge Salesforce Lightning applications. Leveraging your expertise in Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Component features, you will drive innovation and excellence in our Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Salesforce Lightning applications using best practices and industry standards.
  • Design and implement intuitive user interfaces and experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on technical leadership and architecture.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Customization, Workflow Approvals, Data Validation, and data utilities.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Administration, Configuration, Implementation, and Security Access.
