Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple assigned projects from initiation through completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting operational goals. They will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in identifying and mitigating risks, and demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining project reports, planning, scheduling, and cost monitoring details
  • Coordinating with project stakeholders and conducting site visits to verify progress and identify critical/risk issues
  • Proactively supporting and managing the project plan/team to ensure timely completion and adherence to best practices
  • Billing and payment processing as per terms and conditions
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and handing over projects as per agreed-upon standards
  • Monitoring and closure of snags/observation points shared by clients during the defect liability period (DLP) and following up on retention amounts
  • Conducting site visits for new projects, preparing photographic reports, and submitting them to the tender team
  • Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and billing
  • Cost management
  • Vendor management
  • Timely client bill raising as per terms and conditions
  • Preparing cash flow for each project
  • FOLLOW-UPS ON CLIENT PAYMENT
  • Presenting reports in weekly meetings
  • Maintaining professional relationships with contractors and clients
  • Allocating works to subcontractors and monitoring their performance
