Role: Middle School Math and Science Combination Teachers

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in teaching middle school math and science subjects.

Qualification: Graduation, post-graduation in the respective stream, B.Ed.

Responsibilities:

A. Academic Responsibilities:

Teach middle school math and science subjects to students, utilizing various teaching aids and methods to create a meaningful learning experience.

Prepare lesson plans, read curriculum-related materials, and attend workshops to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies.

Deliver lessons according to the designed program, corporate strategy, and guidelines.

B. Student Administration:

Inculcate discipline among students, both in and out of the classroom.

Adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of all students, considering their interests, handicaps, special talents, individual styles, and pace of learning.

C. Classroom Functioning:

Perform daily duties such as maintaining records, checking student diaries, correcting class work and homework sheets, and providing quality feedback to students.

Participate in organizing and implementing special events at the school.

D. General Administration:

Maintain accurate records, including log books, academic calendars, guardian files, student portfolios, attendance registers, report cards, internal mark records, and school diaries.

Assist the coordinator in updating records related to events, extracurricular activities, and house points.
