Job Opportunity

Data Analysis plays a crucial role in making informed decisions and driving business growth. Currie & Brown seeks an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Noida, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for clients, capturing data, and sharing knowledge across projects. This position requires collaboration with global regions on the rollout of internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation.
  • Upkeeping construction project cost database, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis.
  • Managing large amounts of data in Excel.
  • Collaborating with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data.
  • Contributing to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data.
  • Performing other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary.
  • Coordinating with senior and technical staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience.
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Understanding of IT technology including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred.
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial.
  • Attention to details.
  • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets beneficial.
  • Interest or experience in construction industry or how things go together.
  • Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
