Financial Planning & Analysis Role

The Finance Manager will lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for our Isolation Valves Business Unit. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent financial skills.

  • Financial Planning: Develop annual budgets, monthly rolling forecasts and weekly bookings to drive business growth.
  • Financial Modeling: Maintain accurate models to analyze business performance and forecast future results.
  • Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights to drive business growth through cost savings, trade working capital and profit planning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage financial operations including audit coordination and compliance.
  2. Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and training.

Requirements:

  1. 5-7 years' experience in finance with 2-3 years in a management role.
  2. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to lead and manage a team.
  5. Proficient in financial tools like Excel and ERP systems.
  6. CA or equivalent professional certification.
  7. Collaborative and adaptable mindset.
