Senior Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced design professional to lead architectural projects.

About the Role:
  • Lead the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations, demonstrating expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
  • Drive innovation and creativity into architectural projects, surpassing traditional drafting methods.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive design concepts, integrating artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Execute working and detailed drawings with precision, ensuring project compliance and design integrity.
  • Enhance project visualizations and presentations through advanced rendering skills.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Additional Skills (preferred):
  • Proficiency in additional design and rendering software/tools.
  • Proven experience in leading design-focused architectural projects.

As a senior architect, you will be responsible for driving innovative design concepts and strategies for architectural and interior projects. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality designs that meet their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that showcases their skills and experience in architectural and interior design. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
