Key Clinical Data Programming Role

Clinical data programmers are key to extracting valuable insights from clinical data.

  • Develop program listings and mappings to extract valuable insights from clinical data.
  • Create interactive visualizations to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Gain hands-on experience reviewing clinical data in JReview, identifying trends and patterns.
  • Automate tasks to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Configure data extraction and transformations across multiple sources at the study level, adhering to data transfer agreements and specifications provided by data engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including data engineers, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of data formats and frequencies with high-quality deliverables that meet specifications.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and training of standards and best practices used by the business.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quality review of activities performed by vendors, as needed.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for computer system validation and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with personal learning curricula, corporate policies, and GxP requirements. Perform other duties as assigned within set timelines.
