Accounting Professional Required

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with a focus on IT/software export companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording daily accounting entries, managing vendor invoices, and performing reconciliations with accuracy.

They will also assist in TDS payment, Softex filing, and GST compliance under the guidance of senior accountants.

Maintaining books of accounts in Zoho Books (India) and supporting QuickBooks (US entity) where required is also essential.

The role involves preparing and reconciling bank statements, including foreign client payments for export transactions.

Skillful communication with the HR team and processing payroll using payroll software is necessary.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or commerce.

You will need 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping and statutory compliance preferably in the IT/ITES industry.

A strong working knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory, while proficiency in QuickBooks and automated vendor payment tools is an added advantage.
