Job Opportunity: RF Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled RF Project Manager to lead and manage RF projects, ensuring the successful delivery of wireless communication systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF engineering, project management, and a deep understanding of wireless technologies including 4G, 5G, and LTE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee the deployment and optimization of RF networks, ensuring they meet technical and operational requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of RF engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster collaboration and communication within the team to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Manage client expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise during the project.
  • Provide technical oversight and expertise in RF design, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Presents project findings and outcomes to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. A master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience: 8 years of experience in RF engineering or related roles, with at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale international RF projects, including design, implementation, and optimization, preferable US projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, including 4G, 5G, LTE, and other RF technologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools, Excel, and RF design or optimization tool software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
