Job Title:
Executive Construction Manager

You will be responsible for the installation of elevators, ensuring quality and efficiency. Your top priority is to guarantee the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Installation of new elevators with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  2. Maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with all health and safety guidelines.
  3. Liaising directly with customers while on site to build a strong working relationship.
  4. Conducting inspections before and after installation to ensure high-quality and safety standards are met.


Requirements:
  1. A qualified background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with knowledge of elevator equipment and elevator engineering principles.
  2. At least 36 months of experience in the field of elevators, preferably acquired in assembly activities or on-site installation.
  3. Demonstrated good electrical and mechanical skills.
  4. Ability to read plans and make calculations.
  5. Comfortable working with technical products and new technologies.
  6. Manual trade skills and satisfaction in seeing finished work.
