Interior Design Project Manager

We are a renowned provider of turnkey interior fit-out solutions for corporate, residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive design concepts for large-scale projects across various sectors.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Sources materials, furniture, and finishes in line with budget, timelines, and design requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against the design plan.
  • Prepare detailed BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for timely and quality delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools is required.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio is necessary.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
  • A strong ability to think creatively and translate ideas into impactful designs is crucial.
  • The candidate must own a reliable vehicle for office/site commuting.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations is expected.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
