Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain market presence and omnichannel sales across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze seasonal and brand-wise performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and review month-to-date partner sales performance, sharing insights in weekly meetings.
  • Support discount workings, promotions, and partner reconciliation processes.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinate with third-party logistics providers.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory reports.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of live stock and track movement of inward/outward stock.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for the onboarding of new partners.
  • Analyze stock levels to support partner expansion and product performance.

Reporting & Process Management

  • Compile and maintain sales data, preparing and distributing brand-wise performance reports.
  • Support in compiling order indents and reporting metrics across brands.
  • Communicate with marketplaces/partners for smooth order execution.
  • Present updates and action points in weekly operations review meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any field).
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations with direct exposure to:
  • Warehouse management
  • 3PL coordination
  • Marketplace operations (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq – mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms such as Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Flexible to travel if required for operational needs.
