**Role Overview**

As the Category Manager - Western Music, we seek a proactive leader who ensures high teaching standards, conducts teacher training, and quality audits. You will manage academic interviews and attend performance sessions to maintain the integrity and excellence of the Western music category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Faculty Management: Review and enrich the curriculum for the course through continuous evaluation, reviews, and discussions with learners and educators.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Monitor and evaluate the quality of music lessons delivered by educators.
  • Training & Mentoring: Design an ever-evolving training program and train faculty around the curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Session & Showcase Participation: Monitor performances of learners and provide feedback and grooming to better their sessions.
