You'll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions that address our clients' complex supply chain challenges as a seasoned Solution Consultant with expertise in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Clients to identify business challenges and supply chain requirements.
  2. Lead discovery sessions to gather detailed specifications and pain points.
  3. Present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs.
  4. Develop comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  5. Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations.
  6. Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solution feasibility.
  7. Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  8. Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
  9. Serve as subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  10. Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership.
  11. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  12. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
  13. Act as primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  14. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  15. Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
