Full Stack Developer Position

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic developer to join our team. As a developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining websites that are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites from the ground up, ensuring responsive design, fast loading times, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and others as needed.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins to enhance website functionality.
• Implement content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS solutions.

Collaboration with Designers & Marketing Teams:

• Work closely with the design team to translate wireframes and visual designs into fully functional websites.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website designs for SEO, conversions, and user engagement.
• Ensure websites are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.

Website Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Perform regular website maintenance, ensuring timely updates and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Debug and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and compatibility.
• Manage and ensure website backups, security updates, and scalability.

Performance Optimization:

• Focus on website performance optimization, ensuring that websites load quickly and are optimized for search engines.
• Implement best practices for website performance, such as minimizing HTTP requests, image optimization, and script handling.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing of websites across different browsers and devices to ensure consistent functionality and aesthetics.
• Test website performance, security, and responsiveness, troubleshooting and optimizing as necessary.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all websites meet industry standards and client expectations.

Client-Focused Solutions:

• Translate client requirements and ideas into effective web solutions, offering suggestions and improvements.
• Provide clients with regular updates on progress, timelines, and potential roadblocks.
• Assist in troubleshooting client issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Keep up to date with the latest web development technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Research and implement new tools and technologies that improve website performance and user experience.

RequirementsEducational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in web development with a strong portfolio of websites.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions.
• Familiarity with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby is a plus.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, image optimization).
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end technologies (PHP, Node.js, or similar).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or other relevant systems.
• Knowledge of API integration and experience working with RESTful APIs.
