The primary goal of this role is to drive the implementation and management of SAP S/4 HANA across our organization.

  • Job Description
  • This position will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the SAP S/4 HANA implementation program, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of milestones.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders and IT teams to design and implement a comprehensive SAP solution that meets the needs of the organization.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations as the primary lead in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management.
  • Expertise in SAP Inbound Inspection, Production Planning – In house Inspection, Quality Planning, Delivery-based Inspection, Stock Transfers Inspection, and Inbound Logistics.
  • Familiarity with Master data, PLM, IT-OT integration, MES systems, and their interfaces/integrations.
  • Strong understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including integration effort within different functional tracks.
  • Proficiency in SAP FIORI Tiles, BTP, Launch Pad, Transactional apps, and Personas.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, preferably in Healthcare or Life Science.
  • Leadership/Behavioral Competencies
  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to work effectively in a cross-functional setup. Strong penchant for bringing change and change management.
  • Problem solver who can understand business problems and apply them to SAP solutions in an innovative and cost-effective manner.
  • Education Qualification
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or commensurate experience.
  • Certification related to processes (Lean / Six Sigma)
  • SAP S4 HANA certification in relevant Manufacturing areas.
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • A water-tight contract with SAP on product metrics and sizing and with the implementation partner as related to people competency, contract commercials, and Risk management of the implementation.
  • On-time and on-budget delivery of various SAP program milestones.
  • Quality of delivery – Scope creep into subsequent project phases, Change management effectiveness, and containment of defects in production.
  • Innovations in the solution by demonstrating standard SAP product configuration and reduction in customizations.
